Least Favorite WOD/Exercise: Thrusters and Wallballs; also deadlifts

Tell us a little bit about yourself (where are you from, job, family, etc.).

I am from the coastal city of Trivandrum in Kerala, India. I now live in Iselin with my husband, part time son (he is in his dorm at NYU during the week) and our two dogs Fudge and Oreo. I am a CFO at AIG and a Paramedic for NY Presbyterian 

When you’re not at CrossFit Stealth, what do you like to do for fun?

Hot yoga, hiking, eating, reading, binge watching TV shows, traveling etc with my family and my peeps (you know who you are). And don’t forget riding my Harley and Vespa. Oh and working as a Paramedic. Is that too much?!

How did you hear about CrossFit? Why did you want to try it?

I was looking for something that would not bore me. I walked in for a trail class, saw the ropes and rest is history

What were your thoughts after your first workout at CrossFit Stealth?

OMG I just died…where do I sign up for the next class, it was so much fun!!!

How has CrossFit impacted other areas of your life outside of the gym?

I found my people. Some of my best friends are from CFS

What is your favorite cheat meal?

I don’t really cheat. I mostly eat healthy and eat what I crave when I crave it

What is your favorite thing about CrossFit Stealth?

The environment, friends and coaches…and the workouts (of course!!!)

What is your most memorable or funniest moment at CrossFit Stealth?

Everytime we have our entire gang together, we have a blast. All the photos on Alex days ❤️

How would you describe your experience at CrossFit Stealth?

It is fun and friendly. Very inviting and inclusive

What advice would you give to someone who is considering starting CrossFit?

Pace yourself, make friends and do your personal best

Something you might not know about me is?

I share a lot, so most people know a lot about me. My brother lives in Abu Dhabi, my brother in laws are in Australia and my mom is in India. So we have not had a family get together in almost 20 years. Sad, but true
