When you’re not at CrossFit Stealth, what do you like to do for fun?

When I am not at CrossFit Stealth, I am probably hanging out with my frat brothers, playing Call of Duty, or spending time with family.

How did you hear about CrossFit? Why did you want to try it?

Prior to CrossFit Stealth my workouts had become stagnant and I was in need of change. I tried CrossFit before via a Groupon and wanted to get back to this type of training long-term.

What were your thoughts after your first workout at CrossFit Stealth?

My first thought was this is hard but this is the kind of training that I needed.

What are your fitness goals? Have you achieved any of them while at CrossFit Stealth?

I have many fitness goals including a 405lb back squat, 300lb squat clean, and a 225lb snatch. I have accomplished numerous goals while at Stealth including bar muscle-ups, 1000lb CrossFit Total, and double unders.

What is your favorite cheat meal?

Beyond Meat Burger and French fries from Whole Foods

What is your favorite thing about CrossFit Stealth?

My favorite thing about Stealth is standing around and cracking jokes after finishing a WOD.

What is your most memorable or funniest moment at CrossFit Stealth?

My funniest moment at Stealth is probably when I was attempting to record myself squatting and Coach Faith kicked over my iPhone. When I looked at the video the only thing recorded was Faith picking up the phone, smiling in the camera, and giving a thumbs up.

How would you describe your experience at CrossFit Stealth?

My experience at CrossFit Stealth has exceeded my expectations mostly due to the relationships I have built with the coaches and other members.

Would you recommend CrossFit Stealth to your friends and family? What advice would you give them starting out?

I would absolutely recommend CrossFit Stealth to my friends and family because it meets the needs of athletes of all levels. In addition to the great workouts, the community is very accepting and encourages everyone to put their best foot forward. I would advise someone new to CrossFit to not be discouraged by the skill levels of your classmates. New athletes should focus on mastering the techniques and with consistency the big numbers and PRs will follow.

Something you might not know about me is?

I love dogs and I have two miniature schnauzers.
