ERIN COMOLLO
Erin Comollo, with an impressive 9-year coaching tenure at CrossFit Stealth, brings extensive expertise as a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (CCFT) and serves as a pioneering member of the CrossFit, LLC. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council. Beyond her contributions to our community, Erin is the Program Development Administrator at the New Jersey Healthy Kids Initiative, housed within the New Jersey Institute for Food, Nutrition, and Health. In this role, she spearheads the creation, implementation, and assessment of culinary nutrition and physical literacy education programs in schools statewide.
Erin holds a Doctorate in Education from Rutgers University Graduate School of Education, with a focus on adult learning, professional development, and behavior change. Currently pursuing credentials as a Registered Dietitian, Erin's passion for fitness and nutrition drives her to empower Stealth athletes with tailored strategies, essential tools, and knowledge. Her dedication to helping individuals achieve their goals through personalized approaches promises to enhance their nutritional journeys.
Jenny is a dedicated member of the CrossFit Stealth coaching team, boasting a remarkable 10-year tenure with us. Her extensive qualifications include a CrossFit Level 2 Certification, CrossFit Nutrition Certification, and CrossFit Kids Certification. Jenny's expertise shines in the realm of pregnancy and postpartum coaching and nutrition, reflecting her holistic approach to well-being. Beyond the gym, Jenny has ventured into entrepreneurship as a part owner of Snaxpertise, a company committed to empowering mothers in promoting healthy eating within their families.
For the past 8 years, Jenny has been the driving force behind our nutrition challenges, which have covered a wide spectrum from the Paleo Diet to zone dieting, macro counting, and the integration of balanced meals enriched with fruits and vegetables. Nutrition isn't just a profession for Jenny; it's a personal passion. She strongly believes in arming athletes with the knowledge and habits necessary for proper fueling while fostering a profound understanding of the "what," "how," and "why" behind their dietary choices. Jenny's unwavering commitment lies in assisting Stealth members in achieving their nutrition goals, offering steadfast support and unwavering accountability throughout their journey.
JENNY LEONARDIS
Faith Qualshie, a dedicated member of the CrossFit Stealth coaching team for over 8 years, is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2). Beyond her role as a coach, Coach Faith is a competitive weightlifter with a fervent commitment to her craft. When she's not guiding athletes at Stealth, she contributes her expertise to Rutgers University, specifically with the New Jersey Healthy Kids Initiative at the New Jersey Institute for Food, Nutrition, and Health.
Coach Faith holds a valuable certification as a Precision Nutrition coach, making her an integral part of our nutrition challenges. Her unwavering passion for helping athletes achieve their goals through proper nutrition shines through in her coaching approach, enriching the Stealth community's journey to health and wellness.
