ATHLETE CAMP

 

Athlete Camp is a program designed for athletes looking to be competitive in the sport of fitness. Training sessions will consist of higher-volume, higher-skill workouts geared towards preparing athletes for competition. We require all participants have a minimum of 3 months experience with CrossFit.

Our athlete camp meets for 1 hour every Saturday and Sunday at 10am and is included in your membership. Please reserve your spot in Wodify.
