Who: This challenge is open to all, members and non-members, designed for those seeking a body composition change, improved performance, and overall wellness overhaul.
What: Basic Nutrition & Macros 101 delivers comprehensive online guidance, dedicated coach support, and weekly prompts to foster lasting nutrition habits. This challenge offers a unique and progressive approach to learning about food and macro intake.
When: September 16th to October 25th for six weeks of transformative nutrition.

The Details
What's Included:

Two free body fat % and body composition measurements done through our InBody Scanner. Each participant will receive one prior to the challenge and one at the end. Each scan will give you a breakdown of weight, body fat %, lean muscle mass, and other important body composition data.

Individualized macro calculations & adjustments for each participant.

Sample grocery lists and preparation guides to set you up for success.\

How It Works:
Receive a weekly downloadable scorecard and a link to track your progress.

This will include, but not limited to points earned in sleep, movement, veggie & protein intake, and alcohol consumption.

At the end of each week you will submit your weekly points.

Check the Google sheet leaderboard for participant comparison.

Earn bonus points through pop-up challenges, including benchmark workouts, adopting new nutrition habits, stress management, and active participation in the network.

Prizes: The top 3 winners will be chosen based on the following criteria - participation, overall transformation, and total points.
Before/After Pictures: These are mandatory for this challenge and if you want to be considered for the grand prize. A lot of change can happen in six weeks, and we want to record that. Photos should be taken in form-fitting workout attire. Pictures will not be shared publicly unless you approve their use. They will need to be submitted as part of your overall challenge performance. For the best photos, use the same location, lighting, and outfit.

Important Info
What are macros?
Macros is short for macronutrients, which makes up all the food we eat. They include carbs, protein, and fat. Each macro has its own purpose and helps the body not only perform day-to-day functions but thrive!
Why are they important?
Each person needs a specific amount of carbs, protein, and fat to ensure they can fuel their metabolism and optimize body composition. Our challenge provides custom amounts of each macro based on age, gender, weight, height, activity level, and goals in order to burn fat and build lean muscle.
