MEMBERSHIPS

Membership Policy
  1. REFUSAL OF SERVICE - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason we want.
     

  2. DISCOUNTS - Only one (1) discount can be applied to a person. There is no discount stacking. For example, student discounts and commitment discounts can not be combined. The greater of the two discounts will be taken at the time of purchase.
     

  3. COMMITMENT DISCOUNTS - Commitment discounts are offered for six (6) and twelve (12) month contracts. We offer a discount in exchange for your commitment to a certain time period. Failure to fulfill the length of the commitment, for any reason, will result in an "Early Termination" charge.
     

  4. AUTOMATIC MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT & RENEWAL - Your membership is set to auto renew on a monthly basis via automatic credit/debit card charge. That means that one-month from the date of purchase you will be billed for the next month’s membership. The same applies for 4-month, 8-month, and 12-month commitment contracts.  At the completion of your 6 or 12-month commitment contract, you will enter a new contract unless we are notified in ADVANCE of your renewal day. It is your responsibility to manage your membership and know when the renewal day is.
     

  5. CHANGE OR CANCEL MEMBERSHIP - This can be done at anytime. To make a change or cancel your membership, please notify us (CrossFit Stealth), in writing, at least 5 days prior to the following renewal date. This does not mean notify us the day before, the day of or the day after. Please make it your job to know when your membership renewal date is. Please note that if you are mid-contract or commitment, cancellation fees will apply.
     

  6. CARRY OVER CLASSES - If you go on vacation or will be away on business and will not be able to attend the number of classes you normally do, please adjust your schedule accordingly or figure out which of our monthly class offerings will fit your schedule best. We do not credit or carry over classes to the next month. Use it or lose it.
     

  7. REFUNDS - All memberships, contracts and private training sessions are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferrable. Just like plane tickets.
     

  8. GUARANTEES - We never make guarantees or warranties of any kind. Your progress is controlled 100% by your actions. Results are not guaranteed, they are earned.
