Membership Policy

Refusal of Service
CrossFit Stealth reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Discounts
In the event a discount is offered, only one discount can be applied per person, with no stacking of multiple discounts.

Automatic Membership Payment & Renewal
Memberships are set to automatically renew via credit/debit card. This applies to all membership types. Your membership will automatically renew unless we are notified, by email (info@crossfitstealth.com) in advance of your renewal date. It is your responsibility to keep track of your renewal date.

New Billing Schedule
All memberships will now follow a 4-week billing cycle (instead of monthly). This ensures consistency across the year and simplifies scheduling. For convenience, payments may also be split into bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) installments.

Updated Hold & Carryover Policies

12x Monthly Memberships
Up to 3 classes may roll over into the following month (maximum of 3 banked at one time). This replaces the old “hold policy” for the 12x plan. For holds longer than 30 days, accounts may be placed on hold for up to 60 days.

Unlimited Memberships
Holds allowed between 10–60 days (no holds under 10 days).

Unlimited & 12x Memberships
Each member receives 1 complimentary hold per year. Additional holds include a $25 admin fee + $7/week maintenance fee to keep your spot, workouts, and access in the system.

​Punchcards
No holds or rollover classes available (keeps things simple and consistent).

Carryover of Classes
For all memberships other than the updated 12x plan noted above, unused classes do not carry over to the next month. Please select the membership plan that best fits your schedule. Use it or lose it.

Changing or Canceling Membership
Membership changes or cancellations must be requested in writing (info@crossfitstealth.com at least 5 days prior to your next renewal date. Notification the day before, the day of, or the day after the renewal date will not be sufficient.

Refunds
All memberships, contracts, and private training sessions are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable—just like airline tickets.

Guarantees
We do not offer any guarantees or warranties. Your progress depends entirely on your commitment and actions. Results are not guaranteed; they are earned.

Payment Options
We accept credit/debit for automatic billing, and you’re always welcome to pay by cash if that works best for you.
