Tell us a little bit about yourself (where are you from, job, family, etc.).

I was born and raised in India, and I moved to the US, which has been an incredible journey. New Jersey has become my new home, and I truly love every bit of it. I’m someone who thrives on curiosity and learning new things. As a Digital Implementation Lead, I love exploring how technology can be used to solve real-world problems, especially in healthcare, which is a field close to my heart. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and being in nature—it’s my way of recharging and finding balance. I also enjoy cooking and listening to music. Family and friends are incredibly important to me, and I cherish the time I spend with them.


When you’re not at CrossFit Stealth, what do you like to do for fun?

- I enjoy staying active and exploring other hobbies that help me unwind and have fun. I love hiking and being outdoors—whether it’s discovering new trails in New Jersey or just spending time in nature to recharge.


How did you hear about CrossFit? Why did you want to try it?

I first heard about CrossFit in one of the blogs I stumbled upon while exploring different fitness routines. The more I read about it, the more intrigued I became. I was drawn to the idea of pushing my limits and challenging myself in ways that went beyond my usual comfort zone.


What were your thoughts after your first workout at CrossFit Stealth?

It was definitely one of the most intense workouts I’d ever done. I remember feeling completely out of breath and every muscle in my body seemed to be on fire—but in the best way possible!


How has CrossFit impacted other areas of your life outside of the gym?

  CrossFit has helped me build not just physical strength but also mental toughness, a sense of accountability, and a greater appreciation for small, everyday wins.


What is your favorite cheat meal?

My favorite cheat meal has to be anything chocolate-flavored from a bakery! Whether it’s a rich chocolate cake, a gooey brownie, or a warm chocolate croissant, I’m all in.


What is your favorite thing about CrossFit Stealth?

5 p.m. class crew, and ofcourse coaches-  Their expertise and motivation really push me to do my best and keep improving.


What is your most memorable or funniest moment? 

Trip to Iceland.


How would you describe your experience at CrossFit Stealth? 

The combination of challenging workouts, supportive coaches, and an amazing community has made it an incredibly rewarding journey.

  

What advice would you give to someone who is considering starting CrossFit?

CrossFit can be intense, but it’s also meant to be fun and rewarding. Celebrate your achievements, no matter how small, and have a great time with your workouts.  


Something you might not know about me is?

Talk less and observe more, fear of dogs and water, and not a fan of crowded places.
