Jason is a former Division I college cheerleader and long time tennis player and swimmer. He’s taught swimming, tennis, cheerleading at all levels. Out of college working full time was not kind to his mind or body. The salvation to CrossFit happened in 2011 in So Cal. Having to stop in the middle of the intro workout was all the motivation needed to commit. As a CrossFit coach, he’s on the other side helping others improve their fitness and lifestyles. He hopes to bring bring out the best in everyone, Fixing form, improve PRs, achieving maximum potential, and continue the fun.

If walking into a regular gym, looking around and have no idea where to begin, it’s probably worth checking out CrossFit. If Bench Mondays sounds redundant and unmotivating, check out CrossFit
