Dave has always been active in organized sports (baseball, hockey and football). He began his fitness journey in 2002 where he continued his gym routine for 8 years without seeing the results he wanted. He discovered Crossfit in 2012 and instantly knew that this was going to push him to physical and mental limits. As a coach, Dave enjoys being able to push everyone to their maximum potential and seeing everyone reach their goals. He says, “It’s the most rewarding feeling in the world.”

ADVICE FOR SOMEONE WANTING TO START CROSSFIT
Don’t be scared when you first start. Even as coaches, we began somewhere. Listen, ask questions and push your self everyday, the results will come. Set goals and crush them. All the coaches will help you, no matter what your skill level.
