Dennis grew up playing organized sports like basketball and football, but it was only after college when he got serious about his health and fitness. The post-grad life led to unhealthy habits and a pretty significant weigh gain. He started going to the gym and eating healthier, ultimately losing over 30lbs. In 2013 he was introduced to CrossFit and hasn’t looked back, continually working towards becoming a better athlete and coach.

Focus on what you can control and how you can improve. As long as you get yourself to the gym, you’ll see progress.
