Jenny found Crossfit in 2010 when Coach Matt convinced her to try a beginner class, and now believes it was one of the best things that has ever happened to her. After a year of wodding, she was determined to become a technical expert on lifts and gymnastics.
Jenny recognized a significant change in her life, and believes that training makes us stronger not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally, filtering through to all parts of our lives. She is strongly passionate about inspiring others to step out of their comfort zone and to help them reach beyond what they think is impossible.

ADVICE FOR SOMEONE WANTING TO START CROSSFIT
Have patience, don’t be intimidated, and most importantly, have FUN! The longer you immerse yourself in the suck, the less it sucks. You’re guaranteed to get stronger, build endurance, and become mentally tough. The things you will learn here will be fun. You’ll feel a sense of accomplishment every time you leave and the community here is motivating and inspiring.
